Life Skills
Working with CHILL staff, tenants receive education to increase their ability to live independently.
The tenants have leadership and service opportunities through The Courtyard’s Tenant Council
Tenants can access community resources and benefits available to attain food security.
Mentoring
Working with community partners and volunteers, tenants have the opportunity to learn about culinary arts, urban gardening, health and well-being, and more.
CHILL staff also guide tenants through financial literacy curriculum.
Employment
Funded by WorkOne, the Be SomeOne Now program works with out-of-school youth to help them obtain their High School Equivalency certificate, work certifications and gain paid work experience so they can achieve career stability despite their early barriers to education.
