Life Skills

Working with CHILL staff, tenants receive education to increase their ability to live independently.

The tenants have leadership and service opportunities through The Courtyard’s Tenant Council

Tenants can access community resources and benefits available to attain food security.

Mentoring

Working with community partners and volunteers, tenants have the opportunity to learn about culinary arts, urban gardening, health and well-being, and more.

CHILL staff also guide tenants through financial literacy curriculum.

Employment & Education

CHILL coaches work with our tenants to help pursue their educational goals and secure a stable job they enjoy so that they can achieve their goals and maintain financial independence.
